Simple onboarding checklist for customers to complete tasks when signing up.

Show different tours/widgets to different user groups based on behaviour, identity, or custom attributes.

More powerful control over when tours and widgets appear — including “once per user”, “on click”, “scheduled”, “custom code”, and context-aware rules.

Is it possible to target individual words or selection of words within a text field, like the example attached?

This would be a killer feature. Sometimes I just want to explain something quickly and audio will do a better job than text and easier to record than video.

I'd like to add Google Fonts to the typeface options so that I can match the design of my app. It's a little weird to have a different font in the tooltips than the rest of the page/app.

I'm constantly asking my delveloper to update our pricing page an menu items with tags to alery users to new features like in the attached image. I'd love to be able to do this without their help.

Foundational analytics for Flook, including user/account identity, Monthly Active User tracking, and basic reporting on widget and tour performance. This will allow customers to understand who is seeing their content, how often it’s being used, and how far users progress through tours. Forms the base for future personalisation and segmentation.

I would like to create a dynamic tool tip that reads a specific help doc and summarises it down to a 100-200 word tooltip, with a link back to the help doc. If I update the help doc, the tip should also update.

Ability to properly format text with ordered and unordered lists.

Occasionally, the hit area on tool tip launchers can be very small. It would be great to increase the hit are of the tool tip to the div it relates too as well. e.g. the text field.

The inbuilt ones are fine, but I'd love to add my own launcher graphic that is more inline with my website.

We offer our SaaS tool in several languages and need to have the ability to localise the tool tips in different languages.
