We offer our SaaS tool in several languages and need to have the ability to localise the tool tips in different languages.

Problem Testing Flook can be difficult because tooltips, highlights, and tours are often configured to show only once or a limited number of times. After triggering them during setup or testing, they no longer appear, which makes it hard to experience the product as a first-time user. This slows down QA, onboarding iteration, and demo preparation as I need to use an incognito window. Proposed solution Add a way to reset or bypass widget display state, allowing the app to be viewed as if the user is brand new. This could be done via: • A “View as new user” mode • A “Clear widget cache / state” button • A temporary testing mode that forces all eligible widgets to show again Why this matters • Makes it much easier to test onboarding flows end to end • Improves confidence that new users are seeing the intended experience • Saves time during setup, QA, and demos • Particularly useful when iterating on tours and tooltip copy

Simple onboarding checklist for customers to complete tasks when signing up.

I'm constantly asking my delveloper to update our pricing page an menu items with tags to alery users to new features like in the attached image. I'd love to be able to do this without their help.

Foundational analytics for Flook, including user/account identity, Monthly Active User tracking, and basic reporting on widget and tour performance. This will allow customers to understand who is seeing their content, how often it’s being used, and how far users progress through tours. Forms the base for future personalisation and segmentation.

Sometimes it would be nice to set an outline of an area that we would like to draw attention to. Perhaps a whole area of our app, like a menu system. See attached images.

Show different tours/widgets to different user groups based on behaviour, identity, or custom attributes.

I would like to create a dynamic tool tip that reads a specific help doc and summarises it down to a 100-200 word tooltip, with a link back to the help doc. If I update the help doc, the tip should also update.

Ability to properly format text with ordered and unordered lists.

Occasionally, the hit area on tool tip launchers can be very small. It would be great to increase the hit are of the tool tip to the div it relates too as well. e.g. the text field.

The inbuilt ones are fine, but I'd love to add my own launcher graphic that is more inline with my website.

Sometimes it would be nice to get AI to write some more succinct copy or at least give me broader ideas.

Is it possible to target individual words or selection of words within a text field, like the example attached?

Having various templates would make things much faster, and also give me inspiration to start from.
